About Us
We are an award-winning real estate team serving Fairfield County, built on the belief that real estate is personal, local, and deeply connected to how people want to live.
Our work goes far beyond buying & selling homes.
We help people make thoughtful moves, whether that means finding the right place to raise a family, preparing a beloved home for its next chapter, relocating across the country, or creating a lifestyle that feels more aligned with where they are headed next. Our role is part strategist, part advisor, and always grounded in trust.
For sellers, presentation is everything.
The way a home enters the market shapes both perception and value. We do far more than place a sign in the yard. We guide every step of the preparation process, from strategic pricing and property positioning to staging, editing, and highlighting the architectural details that make your home stand apart. We believe exceptional marketing begins long before professional photography. It starts with thoughtful preparation and a clear plan designed to maximize both interest and results.
That preparation, combined with Compass's reach, gives our clients access to an unmatched national network of buyers, agents, and opportunities. Through innovative marketing, modern technology, and trusted relationships across the country, we ensure your home is seen by the right audience, not just the widest one.
For buyers, our deep local knowledge and strong agent relationships create a meaningful advantage.
In competitive markets, access and reputation matter. We know the neighborhoods, the inventory behind the scenes, and often the story behind the sale. Whether you are moving from nearby or from across the world, we provide clear guidance, honest advice, and advocacy that help you move with confidence.
What matters most to us is the relationship. When you work with the Blue Hill Team, you work directly with us. You are never handed off to a revolving cast of assistants or passed through layers of communication. We're here for you from the first conversation through the final signature and beyond.
We care deeply about helping people.
As neighbors, business owners, and long-time members of the communities we serve, we care deeply about helping people find not just the right house, but the right place to belong. We are proud to represent some of the most beautiful homes and remarkable people in Fairfield County, and we approach every client relationship with the same goal: thoughtful guidance, exceptional results, and an experience that feels as elevated as it should.
If you are thinking about buying, selling, or simply planning your next move,
we would be honored to help.

Erin Klein
Erin Klein is a Westport-based real estate agent specializing in helping individuals and families find their perfect home in Fairfield County, whether they’re relocating from New York City, moving from across the country or anywhere in between. Known for her warmth, discretion, and ability to make complex processes feel manageable, Erin has a natural gift for building trust and translating client needs into the right opportunities.
Raised in Bergen County, New Jersey, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and a Master’s degree from Bank Street College of Education, and spent a decade in New York City as an educator guiding families through the competitive landscape of private school admissions and early childhood education. That experience sharpened her instincts for listening deeply, asking the right questions, and counseling people through high-stakes, emotionally charged decisions, skills that translate seamlessly into real estate.
Though she officially relocated to Westport in 2020, Erin practically grew up here, spending summers and school breaks with her now-husband, who was raised in town. That lifelong familiarity with the area gives her a genuine, nuanced understanding of what makes Fairfield County so desirable, and she brings that authenticity to every client conversation. A skilled negotiator and tireless advocate for her clients, Erin combines hyper-local market knowledge with a robust network of New York City families, many of whom she advised professionally for years, who are eager to explore the area and trust her implicitly to guide them.
For her clients, Erin offers a truly-full service experience. She understands a move to a new home is about far more than square footage. It’s about finding the right town, the right schools, the right community, and the right fit for your family’s life. Erin has been an active PTA member at Coleytown Elementary for the past five years, is a familiar face on the local tennis courts, and has cultivated strong ties with business owners, entrepreneurs, and families both new to Westport and long established. When she’s not working, Erin is happiest spending time with her husband and two kids at the beach, exploring Westport’s vibrant restaurant scene, or traveling somewhere new. It’s a life she loves, in a town she loves, and that enthusiasm is something every client feels from the very first conversation.
